An initial telephone contact, in which the candidate shares his or her background and reasons for changing jobs, is followed by in-company meetings with Human Resources and the management of the individual departments, during which the aptitudes and technical-professional profile are examined.

 

Because of E.ON's focus on quality and innovation, the ideal candidate has a solid scholastic and academic preparation, an excellent knowledge of English (depending on the position), and a desire to operate within a challenging international context, marked by a climate of enthusiasm and oriented toward teamwork.
