Talent assessment

The individual development of our personnel has been indicated as a primary objective: achieving it will require a meticulous survey of internal needs and expectations for the purpose of drawing a clear picture of the skills currently present in E.ON Italia and then planning this development.
For this reason, particularly in the E.ON Italia staffing phase, the company management and employees were invited to a “Talent Assessment” session, for the purpose of determining which persons were best suited to fill positions of responsibility within the group.
The evaluation tool proved highly productive for an across-the-board analysis of the candidates' skills. For the employees, it was an important opportunity for self-evaluation, for receiving professional feedback, and for reflecting on their job future and clarifying their professional objectives.
The results of the evaluation led to the preparation of ad hoc development plans crated for the participants.
