The E.ON Group supports the development of its personnel through international growth programs, backed by a group policy that ensures careful planning, constant coaching by a mentor expert in the sector, and a precise path to redeployment in their countries of origin. In particular, E.ON Italia provides opportunities for exchange abroad and the possibility of international positions and mandates. There are currently 20 people from other international market units working in Italy, who in this way are enhancing their personal and professional backgrounds and, at the same time, enriching their Italian colleagues with their viewpoints and professionality. |
