Training
E.ON provides constant support to professional development through a structured program of training consistent with the strategic priorities of the company and the individual growth plans.
Internal training comprises a catalogue of managerial, technical, functional, linguistic and personal development courses. The courses are organized by the HR Management & Development area of E.ON Italia and are held in the various national offices.
The E.ON Group also makes available the E.ON Academy. Created in 2001 as E.ON Corporate University, for the training of top and senior managers, the training program of this international initiative has grown through the years, with programs also designed for staff. We have also launched the "Academy OnLine" e-learning platform and the Functional Academies, offering programs to meet the specific needs of the various company functions.
