E.ON Graduate Program: this is the place for excellent young graduates seeking a qualifying international job opportunity.

The program, lasting around 18 months, includes four distinct phases within different functions of a number of group companies, one of them abroad.

The period spent abroad provides you a better understanding of the E.ON world and raises your experience to the highest levels. The program is supported by a reference mentor and theoretical workshops to complete the on-the-job learning that work experience provides.
