Paolo Venerucci

Born in Rome, 52 years, graduated in law at “La Sapienza” University in Rome and started his career at Johnson & Johnson’s human resources department (Rome).

From 1987 to 1990 in Pirelli Tyres he has led a plant in Sicily. In 1990 he is in charge of the Human resources direction in Ericsson, where he extended further his managerial skills. Paolo Venerucci took part in all important phases of the liberalization of the Italian energy market. In 1999, responsible for Human Resources, he leads the spin-off of Elettrogen, a company formerly controlled by Enel and then transferred to Endesa. Since 2004 he also covers the is also in charge with Territorial Development, a key role for the implementation of projects such as the coal plant conversion of Fiume Santo and the realization of new power plants such as Monfalcone, Tavazzano and Ostiglia. |
